About Ricardo

I'm originally from Mexico and have lived in Austin area for the past 35 years. This community means a lot to me, and it's where I've built my home and career. I've been a real estate agent since 2009, and I truly enjoy helping people through one of the most important decisions of their lives — buying or selling a home.

I guide my clients through every step of the process, from listing and contracts to negotiating and working closely with sellers, buyers, lenders, and attorneys. I’m hands-on and not afraid to get dirty — I’ve even crawled under homes to check for issues, just to make sure everything goes smoothly.

What I love most about real estate is meeting new people and learning their stories. Everyone’s needs are different, and I take the time to understand those needs so I can offer the best possible service. I see every challenge as a chance to learn and grow.

When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening, traveling, listening to music, and watching sports.
